Friendly service, excellent work, super fair pricing, my best experience with an auto shop ever.

Great group of people who really know there stuff. Sam gave me great customer service by letting me know that I was still under my power train warranty and help me save more than $4,000 dollars.

I think I found a new shop for major service on my truck; these guys are awesome! I used to take mine to Greg's in downtown Seattle and later Bellevue but the service and costs went downhill so I took it to a few other places, including Toyota of Seattle (the stealership), but was never thrilled. I contacted West Seattle Autoworks after reading Yelp reviews and because I live in West Seattle about replacing an alternator drive belt pulley with a customer supplied part and they said sure. Their communication was quick and to the point; the charges estimated were accurate and they were more than happy to answer unrelated questions. I will definitely be going back for future service needs to these guys!

Neighborhood shop with friendly staff that I trust who are always willing to answer questions for me. I drove in 10 minutes before closing this past Friday after everyone else had left. Jesse still took the time to answer my questions and never appeared irritated. They are super busy so plan in advance for your routine maintenance appointments or if something comes up last minute just know you'll more than likely need to leave your vehicle with them.

All mechanic shops should be as honest and straightforward as this one. Just great people here in West Seattle.

The most honest and helpful garage I have ever been to! Really nice and great mechanics. They dig the old, but can work on the new.

They are great. Sorted out all my problems. They looked at low cost options to fix my fuel tank issues first, but did the big job in the end. The fact they bothered to try the free/low cost options first does credit to them.
