I had such a great experience with this shop and felt compelled to share. From start to finish, their team was incredibly thorough, transparent, and honest which is not something you always find. They took the time to carefully work through the diagnostic process and clearly explained what they were seeing every step of the way. Their pricing was very fair both the serpentine belt and transmission service came in at or even slightly below what I expected but what stood out most was their integrity. They never tried to upsell or push unnecessary work. In fact, they did the opposite. When they identified that my transmission concern may be tied to a known manufacturer issue requiring dealership-level repair, they were upfront and advised me to pause and contact GMC before proceeding further. That level of honesty and advocacy truly meant a lot they stayed within their lane and prioritized what was best for me, not their bottom line. Communication was excellent throughout, specifically Alex, and I always felt informed and supported. If youre looking for a shop that is knowledgeable, fair, and genuinely trustworthy, I highly recommend them. Experiences like this are rare, and they absolutely earned my trust.
