I first made an appt for an oil change, no problem, just the usual. What made me so happy with them is that they fixed my headlights, something that has been a problem for years. Apparently the other repair garage(s) I took the car to had incorrectly installed the fix. WS Autoworks corrected it and charged very little for the fix. I’m so appreciative.

The service was excellent. The engine problem with my truck was not easily diagnosable. The tech told me they would like to keep the truck until they isolated the specific problem rather than just recommend parts that may or may not be the problem. They perservered for three days and kept me posted on what they were doing every day. At the end of the day they found the issue and fixed the problem for a very modest charge.

I really like Casey's warm and patient customer service. I was impressed how diligent your team was in trying to find the problem. When you couldn't replicate the problem you didn't charge me for the work! I also liked very much how often you communicated with me to keep me updated. I’ve taken my car to WSA twice now and I’m so impressed with the professionalism, communication and genuine care they have for their customers. They go above and beyond to provide great care from beginning to end. I love the text message feature that updates me on the status of my car and cost of work and then being able to pay online. Also, I haven’t been to many mechanics where I 100% trust what they tell me is needed for my car. I brought my car in recently expecting to pay hundreds for a shrieking noise and it was only a $30 fix and they provided photos of the issue! Love this place and I feel so fortunate to have a great go-to mechanic in the area.
