This was my first visit to West Seattle Auto Works. I was very happy with the staff courtesy and professionalism. I had an oil change, and received excellent explanations of additional issues observed.

West Seattle auto Works is a great neighborhood shop. We’ve taken two cars there now and I’ve had a really good experience with both. I took a car that I just recently purchased, and it had quite a few issues that they were able to quickly diagnose and get parts for and fix in a very timely manner. All the guys were very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was very happy with the work that they did and told me to come back in after a couple weeks to just check in to make sure that everything looked OK. Sounds like they really stand behind their work and I’m happy that they’re so close to my house. Thank you, Alex for making the auto repair process a little bit less painful than it normally is.

I took my Subaru in for a noise issue coming from the engine. It turned out to be something simple so my car was ready quickly. I could not pick it up right away and WSA was as always understanding. We have used their services for our Subarus since we moved here about 6 years ago.
