Fair pricing. Thorough communication. Solid mechanics and great work done on my truck. My truck is 9 years old and runs well because West Seattle Autoworks takes care of the vehicle.

I rarely leave reviews, but it was worth it this time. I will never take a car anywhere else after my experience here. Sam, the service manager, is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgable and friendly. They worked on my newly purchased 2014 BMW x1 which had several issues that the dealership hid. Initially they thought it would need to replace several components related to belts / pulleys / tensioners, and gave me a quote of ~$2200 for that work and a bunch of other things (spark plugs, inspections etc). When I went to pick the car up, the total bill was only $1600! Apparently when they went into the car, they discovered that several of the components they were planning to replace were in good working order, so they left them be! There are so many shops out there who would do that work anyways just to charge for it. I feel like my car is in very good hands with West Seattle Autoworks. Thanks Sam and crew!!!

My transmission blew in myy car. These guys were honest with me and told me it wasn't worth putting the money into and parked it back outside without trying to sell me on anything besides the diagnosis. Sam is very direct and is working for the customers best Interest.
