The online system is super helpful. Great way to communicate what needs to be repaired and you can accept or decline what you want. Staff was friendly and took the time to troubleshoot the issue. Would totally use them in the future.

West Seattle auto Works is a great neighborhood shop. We’ve taken two cars there now and I’ve had a really good experience with both. I took a car that I just recently purchased, and it had quite a few issues that they were able to quickly diagnose and get parts for and fix in a very timely manner. All the guys were very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was very happy with the work that they did and told me to come back in after a couple weeks to just check in to make sure that everything looked OK. Sounds like they really stand behind their work and I’m happy that they’re so close to my house. Thank you, Alex for making the auto repair process a little bit less painful than it normally is.
