Fair pricing with no surprises, and they kept me updated throughout the process. Its hard to find an honest and reliable shop these days, but these guys delivered. I've been looking for an auto shop in West Seattle to handle my car maintenance needs. Having heard consistently good things about the shop and with a personal recommendation by a friend, I made an appointment. They were flexible on timing and date, and were quick to respond when my suggested time wasn't available. Everyone in the office was friendly and answered my questions. Pricing was fair and competitive. Location is convenient. Will return!

They were great! Got us in quick, diagnosed the issue and gave options to fix or delay some of the repairs. Alex was wonderful at walking me through all the options. I have taken both of my cars here and will definitely be back!
