When I called West Seattle Autoworks, which I found through the AAA website, with an urgent request, they got me into the shop that same day. I appreciated their proactive communication and efficiency in the repair.

These guys were amazing. Had my car ready ahead of schedule and saved me from having to get a different option for my work commute. Got the needed part faster than expected and were as professional as you can get. Huge thanks!

I was quoted for some that needed to be done and was told it would be one day. Of course, it took longer than that. They didn't test drive the vehicle after the work and when i picked it up and drove away it had a whine, like a bearing or belt was going out. I returned to the shop to ask about it was told the belt could be replaced and they can look at the pulleys to make sure. My question why wasn't this looked at when it was there in the first place. it is loud enough that someone should have questioned what is this noise. Now a return trip and who knows how much that is going to cost and the time to find the problem.

I always feel well taken care of when I bring my car here. They noticed my tires needed to be rotated and made sure I had that done as well as my oil change.

West Seattle Autoworks has been great to me and my Subaru. They are transparent in the costs, I love that I have a chance to review all the details before approving the work to be done. They are low pressure and meticulous with the work. Elliott is also always a pleasure to deal with, he’s a keeper.

They did quality work for a very fair price all while being friendly, easy to contact, and willing to work with my busy mid-week schedule. Much appreciated!
