I am really happy with my experience at West Seattle Autoworks. They fit my car in the same week, provided a clear and reasonable quote, and completed the work same day. They even stayed late to make sure I could take my car home that evening, and changed my headlight at no cost! This shop is the best of the best.

Our car broke down in their parking lot they didn’t fix the problem, however they were super nice and our window was down and we couldn’t roll it up so they owner if the shop put plastic on it for us. Nice people!

I rarely leave reviews, but it was worth it this time. I will never take a car anywhere else after my experience here. Sam, the service manager, is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgable and friendly. They worked on my newly purchased 2014 BMW x1 which had several issues that the dealership hid. Initially they thought it would need to replace several components related to belts / pulleys / tensioners, and gave me a quote of ~$2200 for that work and a bunch of other things (spark plugs, inspections etc). When I went to pick the car up, the total bill was only $1600! Apparently when they went into the car, they discovered that several of the components they were planning to replace were in good working order, so they left them be! There are so many shops out there who would do that work anyways just to charge for it. I feel like my car is in very good hands with West Seattle Autoworks. Thanks Sam and crew!!!
