The service was excellent. The engine problem with my truck was not easily diagnosable. The tech told me they would like to keep the truck until they isolated the specific problem rather than just recommend parts that may or may not be the problem. They perservered for three days and kept me posted on what they were doing every day. At the end of the day they found the issue and fixed the problem for a very modest charge.

When you couldn't replicate the problem you didn't charge me for the work! I also liked very much how often you communicated with me to keep me updated. I’ve taken my car to WSA twice now and I’m so impressed with the professionalism, communication and genuine care they have for their customers. They go above and beyond to provide great care from beginning to end. I love the text message feature that updates me on the status of my car and cost of work and then being able to pay online. Also, I haven’t been to many mechanics where I 100% trust what they tell me is needed for my car. I brought my car in recently expecting to pay hundreds for a shrieking noise and it was only a $30 fix and they provided photos of the issue! Love this place and I feel so fortunate to have a great go-to mechanic in the area.

Was misquoted about the price of the service for diagnosis and repairs for my ac. They did a fair job about making up for it and trying to make me feel comfortable so we continued with the repairs. The ac works now and even provided receipts for the parts that were installed upon my request. If it wasn't for the miscommunications it would have been 5 star service.

Very busy and took a week to have vehicle seen, but diagnosed problem right away and repaired as soon as part arrived - it was ready a day earlier than expected. Online system for repair quote and payment very efficient. Good communication about repair progress and cost.
