These guys are really, really terrific. Not only are they excellent mechanics, they are exceedingly honest and friendly, and they bend over backwards to make sure their customers are happy. On two occassions my cars had some spontaneously bad situation happen in the middle of my morning commute: one time, a window fell out of its track one a rainy day on my Miata. Another time, my radiator failed on the West Seattle Bridge in my Jetta, sending my car into a meltdown. Both times I called them up in a panic, because I needed to get the car squared away that day, and both times they said, "We can accomodate it--no problem." And driving into the lot on both days, *all* their bays were in use and their parking lot was full--so they were definitely busy. And you know what? Both of those times, when they saved my arse by fixing my car straightaway that day--the final price came in lower than their estimate. In the case of the window, it was less than half the estimate, because they discovered they could fix it without the part they thought they would need to order. How often does that happen with *your* mechanic? These guys are legitimately the best mechanics I've ever worked with. They have my business as long as I remain in Seattle.
