I consistently get great service here with a smile. My car needed a part for my battery that was on back order for a year and instead of sending me to another location, the technician was able to use a different part and make it work for my vehicle. It worked like a charm! Not only that, it was returned back to me and left in 24 hours! Great work!

They are very nice, up front and have always done good work.

Brought my 10 year old car in. Told them what's wrong. Dude immediately identified it as being covered under a recal. He called the dealer and confirmed.

I trust the service I receive at West Seattle Autoworks and have always received professional, friendly and courteous customer service. When I drive away I am confident that my car is fixed. I've had them tell me when certain services were not needed so I trust that they don't take advantage of customers.
