Amazing! My car broke down on the freeway this morning, after it had been acting up last night. Not only did they fix my car in under a day, they were so pleasant to deal with. No one likes having to deal with car problems... I am SO glad to have found a reliable place that I feel will help me deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this shop!!

My 4-Runner is 30 years old, and most repair shops won't even touch it. This was my first visit to West Seattle Auto Works. The on-line appointment was easy to make and I received an immediate response. I was kept informed throughout the day via text and email, and when I wanted to speak to someone I was immediately accommodated. I felt the complete inspection was thorough, and the recommendations were excellent. They even pointed out the age of my tires and recommended replacement even though they would not be providing the service. I received excellent service and value, and we will now be taking all of our vehicles here.

These folks have serviced our vehicles in the past. I recently came in unannounced with a starting issue on my SUV. They were able to diagnose within 4 hours of my coming in and happily was able to do the repairs the same day. That is an outstanding level of customer service. I understand that not all repairs can happen on the same day but just knowing what the issue was only hours later was really nice.
