I don't see at this point how I can give them any other rating. I was facing $70.00 towing charges and I called them just to see if they could work on it, should I end up towing it there. I started to explain the problem and he asked where I was. I tell him and he says; " Oh i will come over with some tools." Wow I'm in shock....okay he comes over and fixes it in like two seconds. Dang I'm happy. So what do I owe you? nothing Have a great Day he says. Well yeah I am thanks to you. So 5 Stars and future business to West Seattle Autoworks. I keep running into nice people on 35th Ave SW hmmmm

I was so happy to find a shop that was patient enough to explain everything to me. I just recently had my Toyota Tacoma serviced (30,000 mile) by WS Autoworks. It was super easy to communicate with them via email and set up my appt once I had a quote. Once I made my appointment and dropped the truck off they did exactly what they said they would in the quote and it was ready when they said it would be. When I picked up my truck Todd was super helpful and walked out and explained what they did and suggestions for things to watch for in the future. I couldn't be happier to find a reliable shop in my area. I will be going back in the future!

I am so happy I found this place! I am new to the area and was worried about finding a good mechanic. I thought I had time to figure it out, but then today I had a problem with my battery and my car would barely start. I looked on Yelp hoping to get some direction. I called West Seattle Autoworks and Chris said they were really busy but come on down and let him check it out. He was really friendly. I went here and was not disappointed. Even thought they were really busy, Chris stopped what he was doing to diagnose the problem. He replaced the battery right away. It was a little pricey - but for that kind of service (honest and fast) I would rather pay a little more with piece of mind.

Chris is always so accomodating and quick! Anyone know if he's single? :)

The guys at West Seattle Autoworks are great! The mechanism that rolls-up my window failed and when I brought into the repair shop just before closing they were able to get the window rolled-up and taped in place before the rain came. I then brought it back the next day once they had the replacement part and they finished the repair quickly. They are one of the few mechanics who communicate clearly on how much repairs will cost and how long they will need your car.

After driving from Minnesota to my new digs in Seattle, my car was a little cranky. Thankfully, I was in the right place at the right time because my GPS told me that WSA was nearby. I spoke with Chris on the phone who was sincerely polite and answered all of my questions. I dropped my car off the next day, they explained the problem to me thoroughly, and fixed it up the same day at a very reasonable price. Everyone at the shop is SO nice - I had a great experience here. I appreciated that they were honest, and didn't try to push me into getting other random repairs or parts. I'll definitely bring my car back, and would recommend it to anyone needing auto service.

I cannot tell you how pleasant it is to be able to have good quality service. I was first introduced to West Seattle Auto works one day when another shop was too busy. I was so pleased with the service that I received that day that I have been back ever since. Chris is amazing, he is friendly and very personable; he goes way above and beyond to make you smile...he surely smiles all the time. My most recent experience was yesterday when I dropped by to ask Chris for a good time within the next couple of days to bring my car in to fix a slow-leak in one of my tires. Now, Chris had just sat down in another car and started the engine; I do not know if he was about to leave or just beginning to work on the car but he said " Why don't I just look at it now?" I was shocked! Chris not only looked at the nail but repaired the leak all at no charge as he offered up a warm smile. Another experience that I had was a few weeks ago when I came in because I had a flat tire and several of the lug nuts were stripped when the kind strangers downtown assisted in putting on the spare. I had a time constraint and could not wait until later that afternoon for a new tire, so Chris shopped around for the best tire deal for me and gave me thorough directions on how to get there. After getting back in from the tire place, I called Chris back to thank him once again for seeing me on such a short notice and also for working on the car.I told him that I was told I needed new struts; Chris immediately said "Do not waste your money on struts, you don't need them but don't worry, I will look at it the next time you bring your car in" I was thrilled that I did not have to spend that $600 that the tire place quoted me. West Seattle Auto works will not take you to the bank, they will tell you exactly what the problem is and if they can find you a deal...Chris has always gone the extra mile for me and he actually took the time to know my name...not just the car that I drive. Wow what a find. Don't hesitate to bring your car into this shop. Ask for Chris Christensen, I can't bestow enough praise upon him and how much I appreciate how he helped me with my car. Nice Nice guy. I will be back and I will constantly refer him and this shop. Oh, and utilize their website, it's good.

Great guys, fast service and fair prices. I had Chris work on my car and he did an amazing job and is super kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back again!
