I called on a Friday for a verbal estimate on 2 rear wheel bearings for an older Scion. The very nice person who spoke with me quoted a full one thousand dollars (!!) less than the Toyota dealership. (And I like the Toyota service department, but c'mon...) We had the bearings replaced on the following Monday for the price quoted by phone. From start to finish, everyone was very nice and they did great work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My girl friend highly recommended this place. Super nice and not eager to get your business therefore it was trusting. I'm the sole owner of my truck for 14 years and being a woman can be treated like we don't know anything about our vehicles but I do! They were engaging, and didn't say yes to replacing everything. They saved me $300 from all other quote, used the parts I looked up from my OEM, and my vehicle runs great! They are now my go-to for everything. I highly recommend them.

West Seattle Autoworks is a busy shop, however they are friendly and provide accurate honest experienced service. My 2005 Honda Accord is a repeat client.

One of the engine belts snapped while driving in to work last Friday. I called West Seattle Autoworks and though they could not promise to get it fixed that day, they would look it over and see what if any damage had occurred. I got the car towed there by about 10:30 and by lunchtime I received a call that there was no additional damage and they would be able to replace the two belts and get me back on the road before the end of the day. By 4pm I was back on the road! Great service!

Brought my car in to replace some parts related to the broken dipstick and dipstick tube. Seemed sort of a rare occurrence to me but it turns out that it is common for my car. Chris was great and the work was completed without an issue and well within the amounts predicted, and I even received a call at noon that my car was fully fixed, oil change was completed and it was ready to be picked up. And, my prior experience with them was similar. So I am two for two!! How does that happen?

I so greatly appreciate the honesty, friendliness and excellent customer service from these guys. When so many other places, my car dealer included, gave me the run around, they got my problem solved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend and will return for any future needs.
