The office staff and technicians were all courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Pricing is fair and they were even offering a discount coupon on labor charges. I was a bit surprised that they were so booked up (about 5 days out) but they only shows that their services are in demand!

I know I can trust them with everything from complete brake jobs on my Mercedes to the general maintenance on the Lexus RX. Pleasant, prompt, reasonably priced!

I had bought a used Mini in December but had a diagnostic done at the Mini Dealership in Lake City Way before to see if it was sound. There had been a knocking sound when I initially took it for a test drive which disappeared after; the Mini Dealership said it was the sway bar and would cost about $750.00 to replace. I bought the car and 5 months later the sound returned but I decided to take it to West Seattle Autoworks instead. It turned out to be a loose caliper that was missing a bolt and West Seattle Autoworks charged me about 100.00. I will never go back to the Lake City Way Mini Dealership. Being a woman is always risky when it comes to finding a honest shop that won't take advantage of you but I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again and I will definitely be bringing my mini to you from now on.
