West Seattle Autoworks again did everything I requested on time and within the estimated amount. As always they were professional and did an excellent job! I know I can trust them with everything from complete brake jobs on my Mercedes to the general maintenance on the Lexus RX. Seems no job too big or too small, also they are always very willing to give advice which is most helpful - always! Thanks again and hats off to the entire crew - Jody

Pleasant, prompt, reasonably priced!

I had bought a used Mini in December but had a diagnostic done at the Mini Dealership in Lake City Way before to see if it was sound. There had been a knocking sound when I initially took it for a test drive which disappeared after; the Mini Dealership said it was the sway bar and would cost about $750.00 to replace. I bought the car and 5 months later the sound returned but I decided to take it to West Seattle Autoworks instead. It turned out to be a loose caliper that was missing a bolt and West Seattle Autoworks charged me about 100.00. I will never go back to the Lake City Way Mini Dealership. Being a woman is always risky when it comes to finding a honest shop that won't take advantage of you but I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again and I will definitely be bringing my mini to you from now on.

We already loved West Seattle Autoworks for how awesome they were with my partner’s car, and now we won’t be going anywhere else for either vehicle.
