I stopped in on very short notice in need of a hood release cable and oil change. They turned it around the same day. Friendly and courteous service to boot. What's not to love.

No surprises or upsells. Great communication from beginning to end, and everyone I worked with was friendly. This place is just as good as their sister shop (Swedish). I forgot to get my check-in shirt, but I'm sure I'll be back next service!

We needed the alternator replaced and called West Seattle Autoworks at 8:00 am. He must have sensed the desperation in my voice because he told me that he can squeeze the vehicle in during the afternoon hour. The staff was fantastic! Great customer service. They did everything that they said they were going to do. We got the car back by 5:00 pm. It is now running and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed. This will be the only auto repair shop that we will be going to from here on out!

Fast and honest, can't get much better than that. Had them replace a control arm on my 987, solid work, nice people that obviously like what they do.
