WOW! Friendly, helpful and efficient in my time of need! Arrived in my odd little vehicle with a trail of puddling oil.....they fixed her up and I got her back in 1.5 days!! Nice neighborhood shop!! 😊👍

Car broke down for a right before a 2 week vaca, it sounded like the alternator to me. I found this shop on yelp and had it towed over around 2pm. Turns out it was the alternator and they replaced and and I had my car back the next day about 2pm. I would go back if my car has any new issues and would recommend. Very happy about the quick turnover time.

my 2015 Prius overheated on the way up to Seattle in a snowstorm. it had done that once before due to some air in the system from a bad oil change and of course the Toyota dealership suggested that i replace the water pump to fix the problem. Nathan and the great team at W Seattle Autoworks did an amazing job of diagnosing that the overheating was most likely due to snow and slush getting in the engine and mucking things up. they drove it around a bunch to try to get it to overheat again (it never did). they were super honest and instead of making an easy $1000 (yes that's how much it would have cost to replace the pump), they said just to keep an eye on it and not to worry as everything seemed to work just fine. they charged me just half an hour labor and it was totally worth it for the peace of mind. very grateful for them! honest and competent mechanics are few and far between these days so keep up the good work!

Just went in for an oil change , service was fast and friendly. I felt comfortable w/ the mechanics. I feel they gave me honest feedback and opinions. Weren't just trying to squeeze me for money. I have had bad experiences lately w/ several different shops. I will definitely return for any other service needs.

I’ve brought my BMW here twice now for maintenance, both times returned quickly and with great service from a very kind staff. Only complaint, this most recent visit my actual cost was over $300 more expensive than my estimate, a little disappointing but will happily return in the future.

I have taken my car there several times, I have always been impressed by both the quick attention to my car even when I just dropped in. I also am super grateful that their prices are reasonable and they worked with me and my budget. I appreciated their honesty.

I live in Duvall, and my car broke down a few miles from this shop on a sunday and they were closed. AAA sent a tow truck and basically recommended this shop. I was all "ok" and went with it since (I learned later) a main pulley broke off, which caused my power steering, my water pump, and alternator to all go out! My car wasnt going anywhere... I got a call first thing in the morning to confirm. From there, the service I got was done at an extremely fair price before the AAA discount, and was done in a quick and timely manner with quality made in the USA parts and I picked it up on Tuesday. I could of got it Monday, but I chose to avoid afternoon traffic at that time and wait. All that being said, I REALLY WISH they were closer to where I lived, because most places around here cost a lot more. My thanks to West Seattle Autoworks! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and if by chance I need service again if I am in that area. They will be the first ones I will take my car to.

My wife's car mysteriously died and was towed to West Seattle Autoworks after hours. The crew had her fixed and back on the road the next day!
