It's never a good time when you find out your new-ish care needs some major work! But, I couldn't be more happy with all the help, work and incredible attitude from West Seattle Auto works. On top of being fairly priced, trustworthy and extremely capable... I really appreciate the patient and friendly attitude (even when I had a ton of questions), and the extra service of picking up my car from my home and delivering it back again, when I couldn't;t figure out how to do that myself during this crazy COVID crisis. Very thorough work and easy drop off/pick up process.

Have been taking my 2000 4Runner here for a couple years at this point and have been very happy with the service. I've done regular oil changes (where they also do a pretty decent inspection of the vehicle as well) and have had brakes and battery system checked. Each time they've done thorough testing and have done a great job of explaining the tests and results to me.

Been a customer for years, highly recommended, knowledgeable and honest shop. Thumbs up!
