Pre-sale inspection - they got the truck in on short notice and wrote up a thorough report. I'm counting the $ I spent as an investment in getting a better vehicle than the one they looked at; if you read the report carefully you can also learn a lot about what to look for on your own if you're looking to buy a particular model. I'd feel great about bringing a vehicle here for service based on my initial experience.

The three aspects of the service at West Seattle Autoworks that I appreciate and that I find invaluable are The quality of the work The honesty in relation to cost and the service provided and The detailed updates I receive as to the status and extent of the repairs. In addition, this is all accomplished while protecting their staff and clients in the midst of a viral pandemic

This week marks my second positive experience at West Seattle Autoworks- which can be a rarity with repair shops. I have always received helpful explanations without any condescension and have only been charged for/sold on truly needed repairs. Tech Chris in particular went above and beyond in customer service on the last visit, checking to make sure my vehicle was safe for an upcoming road trip. I definitely recommend them.

They have ALWAYS been honest with. The trust I have with them never leaves me doubting, or feeling like I was over charged. The quality of work is excellent as well. I’ve even had to go back with an issue with a job done and it was fixed immediately. Customer service like no other!

These guys rock , my mini cooper had some reoccurring issues they took the time and methodically went over everything till rhe vehicle was fixed. They did not overcharge or charge for anything unnecessary, thank you , thank you

Had not taken a car here before, and they made the experience awesome! In the time of COVID, it was completely non-contact, there was someone outside when I first got there who was nice to point me in the area of where to use the key drop. Everything else was easily handled by text message and I was able to pick up my car after they closed using the secure key boxes as my car finished right around the time of closing. Was able to pay via the web via a link sent to me. It was easy! Absolutely great experience! Will be back for my next service!
