These folks have serviced our vehicles in the past. I recently came in unannounced with a starting issue on my SUV. They were able to diagnose within 4 hours of my coming in and happily was able to do the repairs the same day. That is an outstanding level of customer service. I understand that not all repairs can happen on the same day but just knowing what the issue was only hours later was really nice.

Hey, not much needed doing but that is really the point right, I had written that these guys were able to perform $500 worth of work on my car without authorization because I believed it would be much more than that, but the fixed it for under $200. could not be happier, and they earned a lifetime customer. Oh, and contactless service is well thought out and easy as pie.

Great job as usual, and I appreciate the extra Covid precautions.

Texting was ok but I would have liked being able to ask questions and speak with a tech or someone who understood what was going on.

I just can’t say how much I love WS AutoWorks! Every time they go well beyond what I expected abs go the extra mile to give remarkable service! They’ve fixed my dashboard when my kids kicked it in and charged me nothing before, and this time a simple cabin sir filter change revealed an old mouse nest that detailing the car had failed to remove the odor. I thought the smell would never leave, but WS AutoWorks may have cured it. I am so grateful you are here—it’s invaluable to have such a trustworthy and quality mechanic in town!

Easy to schedule and customer service is great. Never have had a problem with the work done on my car. Parking situation is not the best but they make it work. We each have a Subaru and they have been able to do all work so far. They provide a list of items covered during the periodic "check-ups" and let you know what need to be done in there future just like the "big guys".

I've been bringing my cars to Chris, Nathan and Todd for 20 years. Great guys, knowledgeable, honest and they all know their stuff. I highly recommend West Seattle Autoworks!!
