The entire team here is great to work with. Very up front, informative and easy to work with. I am planning on using them for all my repair work. I had them install new shocks, rear coil springs and air bags on a Toyota 4Runner. Did an excellent job.

I have had work done by West Seattle Autoworks for many years. I do a lot of work on my own car, but there are times when I am just not able. Taking my car here has never failed to pay off. The people are knowledgeable and understanding, friendly, helpful, and flexible. They will not skimp on service, but will listen to and respect the wishes and suggestions of the customer. Their work is first-rate and their prices are reasonable. I've gone to other shops and had good luck as well, so I would never suggest forsaking all others, but West Seattle Autoworks has never failed to come through for me. I highly recommend them.

If I needed to change my appointment they did it with a smile...working around MY schedule. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I decided to find a new place to take my car for preventative maintenance after the bridge failed, so I found myself here. I've only had one routine oil change and check up, but it went great. Courteous staff and efficient service.
