I cannot thank Chris and his team at West Seattle Autoworks enough. I usually take my Honda in for oil changes, but recently, my AC stopped working. I dreaded an expensive repair, but I still mentioned it to Chris in passing while in the neighborhood. He told me to bring my car over right away because he believed it was an easy fix. My AC was fixed in 5 minutes and he didn't even charge me! I am so thankful to have these guys in my neighborhood, they really care about their customers!

These guys continue to take good care of my car and my wallet. I took my car elsewhere for my last oil change due to scheduling restrictions and was told I needed a transmission fluid change as well. The honest staff at West Seattle checked it out and confirmed my suspicion that was not necessary at all. I will make my schedule work to take my car here for ALL my maintenance in the future.

This was my second time coming to WSA to have general maintenance done on my vehicle. Like before they were very transparent about the process, followed up exactly when they said they would, ran through charges without any unexpected costs (Like you'll find with some places.) and they were honest about concerns, things to think about for the future and told me exactly what to expect if I chose to come back. Trustworthy, professional work and friendly staff, and my dog LOVED them. I'll be back!
