I had bought a used Mini in December but had a diagnostic done at the Mini Dealership in Lake City Way before to see if it was sound. There had been a knocking sound when I initially took it for a test drive which disappeared after; the Mini Dealership said it was the sway bar and would cost about $750.00 to replace. I bought the car and 5 months later the sound returned but I decided to take it to West Seattle Autoworks instead. It turned out to be a loose caliper that was missing a bolt and West Seattle Autoworks charged me about 100.00. I will never go back to the Lake City Way Mini Dealership. Being a woman is always risky when it comes to finding a honest shop that won't take advantage of you but I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again and I will definitely be bringing my mini to you from now on.

Brought my car in for AC service after Honda of Burien couldn’t fix the issue after several appointments. West Seattle Autoworks. Not only got me in with my difficult schedule they diagnosed the issue and fixed it in several hours and my bill was less than quoted which was a fair quote to begin with! Great I will be bring my car back for future services for sure!

So happy to have found this place. I went here based on reviews and I can say that I am very satisfied. They were clear, helpful, explained the issue, and even held onto my car for a few extra days when I was out of town.
