Seattle Auto Repair

I live in Duvall, and my car broke down a few miles from this shop on a sunday and they were closed. AAA sent a tow truck and basically recommended this shop. I was all "ok" and went with it since (I learned later) a main pulley broke off, which caused my power steering, my water pump, and alternator to all go out! My car wasnt going anywhere... I got a call first thing in the morning to confirm. From there, the service I got was done at an extremely fair price before the AAA discount, and was done in a quick and timely manner with quality made in the USA parts and I picked it up on Tuesday. I could of got it Monday, but I chose to avoid afternoon traffic at that time and wait. All that being said, I REALLY WISH they were closer to where I lived, because most places around here cost a lot more. My thanks to West Seattle Autoworks! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and if by chance I need service again if I am in that area. They will be the first ones I will take my car to.

I stopped in on very short notice in need of a hood release cable and oil change. They turned it around the same day. Friendly and courteous service to boot. What's not to love.

I requested a quote via Yelp on Thanksgiving Day and was really impressed by the reasonable cost and fast reply. (Thanks, Chris!) I was even able to get my car serviced the next business day!!! No surprises or upsells. Great communication from beginning to end, and everyone I worked with was friendly. This place is just as good as their sister shop (Swedish). I forgot to get my check-in shirt, but I'm sure I'll be back next service!

We needed the alternator replaced and called West Seattle Autoworks at 8:00 am. He must have sensed the desperation in my voice because he told me that he can squeeze the vehicle in during the afternoon hour. The staff was fantastic! Great customer service. They did everything that they said they were going to do. We got the car back by 5:00 pm. It is now running and it didn't cost an arm and a leg to get it fixed. This will be the only auto repair shop that we will be going to from here on out!

Fast and honest, can't get much better than that. Had them replace a control arm on my 987, solid work, nice people that obviously like what they do.
