I so greatly appreciate the honesty, friendliness and excellent customer service from these guys. When so many other places, my car dealer included, gave me the run around, they got my problem solved quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend and will return for any future needs.

Thank you Aleric for trusting your car with us!

I was doing a routine spark plug change when one of my plugs broke off in my cylinder head. I reached out to WS Autoworks. They recommended a towing service, got my vehicle checked in, managed my expectations and then over delivered! They fixed my car in under three hours. Erick got me setup and Louis was my mechanic. I can't say enough good things about my experience with these guys and West Seattle Autoworks.

I have an old German sports car that I loving refer to as The Rattle Trap, but I sure to love to tinker with it and drive it around. Recently, I had a problem that exceeded my skill set. Having driven past West Seattle Autoworks I spied cars just like mine a time or two, I felt like that was a good sign! When I finally admitted defeat on a couple of blown fuel pump relays I decided to have the my little old car towed here. I sent them an email (through Yelp, and they got back to me really fast!) to warn them that an ancient trouble maker was on its way. Everyone I spoke with there seemed pretty excited to track down the problem! A few days later I had a diagnosis and I picked up my now perfectly running rust bucket! Really, it was a diagnosis of what they knew wasn't wrong, which I found really helpful! If you are into old German cars, you realize that knowing what the problem is NOT is half the battle. The charges were exactly what I expected and I felt super comfortable and confident through the entire experience. Things I love about this place: -timely updates -they texted me! (during the workday, I really appreciate this since I can't always find time to return a call) -clean and organized shop -friendly staff -clear repair cost explanation My other car is newer and really low maintenance, but for both of my rides West Seattle Autoworks will be my go-to from now on.

My "check engine" light went on at 11:30PM, which put me in a bit of a panic. I drove into WS Autoworks the next day and within 5 minutes, he was able to calm my fears and tell me exactly what the problem was. I made an appointment and when I brought my car in they did the repairs without trying to convince me that the car needed anything else (contrary to my experience at other shops). The charges were reasonable, the help was friendly and efficient! They are my first choice for auto repair!

Car broke down for a right before a 2 week vaca, it sounded like the alternator to me. I found this shop on yelp and had it towed over around 2pm. Turns out it was the alternator and they replaced and and I had my car back the next day about 2pm. I would go back if my car has any new issues and would recommend. Very happy about the quick turnover time.

my 2015 Prius overheated on the way up to Seattle in a snowstorm. it had done that once before due to some air in the system from a bad oil change and of course the Toyota dealership suggested that i replace the water pump to fix the problem. Nathan and the great team at W Seattle Autoworks did an amazing job of diagnosing that the overheating was most likely due to snow and slush getting in the engine and mucking things up. they drove it around a bunch to try to get it to overheat again (it never did). they were super honest and instead of making an easy $1000 (yes that's how much it would have cost to replace the pump), they said just to keep an eye on it and not to worry as everything seemed to work just fine. they charged me just half an hour labor and it was totally worth it for the peace of mind. very grateful for them! honest and competent mechanics are few and far between these days so keep up the good work!

Thanks Christine for the review of your experience with us! Hoping you get to keep that $1000 for a long time!
