Found this place on Yelp the morning after I sideswiped a concrete pillar in a parking garage and broke my driver side mirror. I stopped by West Seattle Autoworks without an appointment just so they could assess the damage. Chris stopped what he was doing and came over to take a look, then spent 10-15 minutes putting the mirror back together enough for me to drive safely until my appointment to get it properly fixed. He was so kind and helpful and made me feel so much better on a crappy, rainy morning after Election Day. Thank you, Chris!

These guys were totally awesome. My wife and I had been road tripping for 3 months till we had our first vehicle issue. I found this shop through some reviews and could not have found a better place. After some initial testing, it turned out that the problem lay in a factory reset related to our electronic key fob. They were honest with us that it was not something they could work on and directed us to the best dealership to assist. Considering that we were living out of our car and had a timeline to our next stop, they worked with us on leaving our car there while we rented a car to get to our next stop. We were able to have our car towed without being there. Not only that but they also let us store our bikes in their office even though it took up space. After our key fob was fixed by the dealership, we swung by to pick up our bikes exactly where we left them in their office. Everyone was so nice and they were very communicative and attentive. Although we do not live in the Seattle area, we are extremely grateful that this shop exists and would highly recommend them to anyone in search of friendly and honest mechanics. Keep up the great work!

My aging BMW needed routine maintenance, and I the only time to do it was while I was away overseas. The guys at W. Sea Autoworks were amazing, as usual—they checked everything while I was away, were super responsive over email, and I'm coming home to my beloved tuned-up car. Thank you Todd, Jesse, and the crew!

Brought my old Land rover in for an adjustment since they did such a fabulous job rebuilding it last year. They inspected it, adjusted the mix, the timing, took it out for a spin with me (HUGE IMPROVEMENT) and didn't charge me since it was under their warranty from last year! I was fully prepared to pay, but they just sent me on my way. Really helpful, didn't try to up-sell me anything, informative and good work. I will keep going back!

Thankful to this establishment for providing me with a clear explanation about what needed to be fixed and what did not. Pricing is very fair. Easy scheduling process. I will only be taking my car here from now on.

My wife and I have been going to West Seattle Autoworks for 6+ years and we recommend them to everybody. Todd is straight forward with quotes and very honest. They are busy for a reason. Great mechanics and super customer service.

So I left a bad review on my last message for west Seattle auto works about my trunk issue. On 1/30 went to prep up the car, so I can take it back to the shop on 2/4. So I gave it another shot on fixing myself. Now it works properly. I disconnected the battery when I stored it since September. So by disconnecting the battery it reset the car electronics so it gave the electronic trunk to work. Sorry for the bad review auto works you guys did awesome work for diagnosing the problem.. I brought my 1989 Camaro in to Westseattle auto works in summer of 2015. It had a electrical issue with the trunk. The trunk is equipped with a pull down motor which sucks the trunk down. Long story short well they couldn't fix it. The shop charged me an outrageous fee for 185$ for diagnosis fee. They told me their a part thats not available to buy. So I found the part at the junk yard. Install myself still not working. So I suggest if you need electrical work? I will not recommend this shop. Poor service in electrical work...
