West Seattle Autoworks is a great car shop. They are friendly, accommodating, and honest. Not much more to say as it is a car repair shop that I trust and bring my car to without worries!

The customer service at West Seattle Autoworks is beyond awesome. They are so friendly and helpful! My truck broke down in eastern Washington and I had to have it towed back to Seattle and chose WSA without contacting them as they were closed on the weekend so I had no appointment. They looked at it the day they opened and had it repaired the following day. But they went way beyond the repair. Coming back from a camping / boating trip, my truck was filled inside and out with equipment and wake and surf boards. I asked them to move the truck to a secure area. The tow truck driver had dismantled the drive train so they were not able to move it - so they unloaded all of my stuff from inside and back and moved it all inside the shop. I did not ask them to do this. It was an amazing act of customer service!

Best shop in West Seattle hands down! Doesn't matter if it's an oil change or major work, the experience is always just above and beyond what you'd expect. Estimates are spot on, attention to detail is amazing, the tech write ups on issues are better than any other mechanic I have ever used. The staff is great, all of them, super nice and fun to talk to, very knowledgeable. Trust is huge in auto repair, and I have never encountered a more trustworthy shop in over 50 years, 3 states, and countless vehicles. I will never take my cars anywhere else.
