Used for the first time for routine maintenance on my 2016 F150. Great experience all around - friendly staff, quick responses, clear estimate before starting any work. They even skipped one of the steps listed because they determined it wasn't needed (tire rotation - actually just had done recently at Les Schwab) and thus came in under estimate. Great sign of an honest service provider as I know others would have just done it anyway or say they had for the extra bucks. Definitely going back when next need any service.

It was a sad day today when I learned that my 15-year-old Prius needs a new hybrid battery, and the cost for parts and labor is going to be extremely expensive and it would probably be more sensible and cost-effective to just get a new car. Sam talked through my options with me and never pressured me into spending a lot of money on the replacement battery and repairs. He even gave me some helpful resources (car dealers, websites, dependable car brands, what to think about when buying a used car, etc.) if that is what I decide to do. Sam was very thorough, patient, and answered all my questions. I have been taking my cars to Chris for repairs since before he even opened WS Auto Works (before 2004), and he has always been professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and honest! They take excellent care of my old VW bug. Oil change is a given, but they also fixed an ongoing problem with a headlight. They’re friendly, professional and prompt.
