Well, where do I begin. I have been bringing my vehicles to WSA for 12 years now. I trust my mechanics, I trust that the lines of communication are good, and, if I forgot to mention fixing my cruise control with my initial work, (sorry Chris) they have gone out of their way to accommodate me. The owner works in the trenches! If you have an older vehicle, it will get done right. If you have a newer vehicle, it will get done right. Peace of mind has value. Mike

These guys are great! Very polite and professional. They are excellent at communicating issues and findings, coming up with solutions and options, and getting the work done on schedule. I wouldn't take my Ford Ranger anywhere else.

Had an intake manifold replaced to fix a coolant leak. Great experience all around. The front desk was very friendly and informative. The technician Cameron was really helpful and took the time to explain all my options. At the end of the day the price was good and the quality of work was very high. Highly recommended.

Great service, great communication

I've been bringing our Prius here for several years now. I feel that they are very honest and do a good job. I really appreciate the texts/ updates that they give me throughout the day. For example, if I bring in my car for an oil change and ask for an overview, they will get back to me with any other work they find, with money and time estimates. I don't feel pressured to make a decision right then, and can discuss with my husband. I've even called to ask for more details. They are busy, but do try to work within my schedule. I would definitely recommend West Seattle Autoworks!
