West Seattle AutoWorks has been working on my 2001 Jeep Wrangler since 2015. They’ve done simple tasks like oil changes but also some major repairs like brakes and clutch. All work has been done on time and at a good price. My Jeep is running great!!

I received an oil change and unfortunately, a couple months later the drain gasket was leaking after it was completed. I called the team at West Seattle Autoworks and they took my vehicle that day, fixed the gasket after they found it was damaged and gave me another oil change all complimentary!!!! They felt they should have found this issue in the first place and wanted to make it right. Wow!! What amazing service….above and beyond. I’m a customer for life!
Very communicative and helpful. Great work as well. Been using them for years and its been consistently great. Even when a scheduling mistake was made (it happens we are all human) they figured it out and fit me in without any fuss or anything. Clearly a bunch of great people doing their best.
