Brought my 10 year old car in. Told them what's wrong. Dude immediately identified it as being covered under a recal. He called the dealer and confirmed.

Fast, helpful, and honest. When they discovered that the issue with my Fiat was under recall, instead of ordering the part anyway and charging me to fix my vehicle, they called and told me about the recall and that the dealer would fix without charge. Only charged me for the time it took to diagnose the issue. Very happy with the service they provided. Will certainly be back if/when I need a mechanic.

Well, where do I begin. I have been bringing my vehicles to WSA for 12 years now. I trust my mechanics, I trust that the lines of communication are good, and, if I forgot to mention fixing my cruise control with my initial work, (sorry Chris) they have gone out of their way to accommodate me. The owner works in the trenches! If you have an older vehicle, it will get done right. If you have a newer vehicle, it will get done right. Peace of mind has value. Mike
