We have been using WSA for about 3 or 4 years now on both our Subarus for oil changes and other issues with our cars. They are always friendly, informative (provides you with a professional assessment of your care upon completion) and we have never had a negative result from their service. If that were to happen I am confident that they would make it good.

I brought my car in to get the starter replaced after another mechanic at a different place did a faulty job. They were able to figure out what damage had been done and fix my car, and were super friendly and explained the issues and detailed work in a way I could understand. Having a mechanic you can trust is everything!
I just had one of the best repair experiences and I owe it all to the great people at West Seattle Autoworks. Though I had to wait for nearly a month for brake parts from Germany for my Audi, they got me in immediately to get the work done and even made an extra effort to get my warranty company to pitch in for the cost of repairs.
