I've been taking cars to West Seattle Autoworks for about 10 years now. Compact cars, muscle cars, trucks... And they have handled every issue with patient, friendly professionalism. No plans to go anywhere else.
One of the warning lights came on in my 2009 bug. I was able to get in almost immediately and they diagnosed and fixed the problem within a day, faster than expected. Car runs fine now!

I normally don't have any problems after a repair job but this time I did, and Alex was very responsive and accommodating to get my car in and get the concern checked out and it was diagnosed and corrected very quickly. They are so easy to work with and my confidence remains intact.

Used for the first time for routine maintenance on my 2016 F150. Great experience all around - friendly staff, quick responses, clear estimate before starting any work. They even skipped one of the steps listed because they determined it wasn't needed (tire rotation - actually just had done recently at Les Schwab) and thus came in under estimate. Great sign of an honest service provider as I know others would have just done it anyway or say they had for the extra bucks. Definitely going back when next need any service.
