I love West Seattle Auto Works!! Alex is awesome, he fixed my headlight lickity split!!

I consistently get great service here with a smile. My car needed a part for my battery that was on back order for a year and instead of sending me to another location, the technician was able to use a different part and make it work for my vehicle. It worked like a charm! Not only that, it was returned back to me and left in 24 hours! Great work!

Brought my 10 year old car in. Told them what's wrong. Dude immediately identified it as being covered under a recal. He called the dealer and confirmed.

I've had them tell me when certain services were not needed so I trust that they don't take advantage of customers.

Fast, helpful, and honest. When they discovered that the issue with my Fiat was under recall, instead of ordering the part anyway and charging me to fix my vehicle, they called and told me about the recall and that the dealer would fix without charge. Only charged me for the time it took to diagnose the issue. Very happy with the service they provided. Will certainly be back if/when I need a mechanic.
