Thought I needed my brakes replaced but they found out I only needed a sensor which saved me several hundred dollars. Casey and her crew do a great job with customer service and maintenance work on my car.

Professional. Thorough. Yet, kind and personable. The team at West Seattle have serviced two of my vehicles for the last 10 years. My vehicles run well and I am happy with the service, treatment of me, and the price.

This was my first time taking my vehicle to West Seattle Autoworks. It couldn't have been easier. They got my car in and out and kept me updated via text the whole time. I'll be back.

Aside from the great technical service they provide, I thought they also displayed a great level of professionalism when dealing with customer service. We had a minor communication issue on the day I was supposed to pick up the car. The general manager called be back and acknowledged the mistake that was made. He was polite, understanding, and professional during the call. Ultimately, he provided an unexpected discount for the minor inconvience to me. I thought that this exemplified the level of care and service that West Seattle Autoworks provides. Thanks again, Sam!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. The estimate was reasonable and the service was friendly and fast. I've only been going to West Seattle Autoworks for a couple of years but I am happy with their work and plan on keeping them as my go-to auto service place.

Azia was super helpful, made me feel confident I knew what was wrong with my car, and what I could expect to spend, and even explained why I didn’t need the more expensive services that I’ve been told my high mileage car needed by other shops. We already loved West Seattle Autoworks for how awesome they were with my partner’s car, and now we won’t be going anywhere else for either vehicle.
