They do great work and are very honest about the work that needs to be done on the vehicle while also providing competitive pricing. They also work on a variety of vehicles. If I could give 10 stars on here I would. Sam and his staff provide the best service I have ever had! I brought my Audi 2017 Q7 in because the service engine light kept coming. After running analysis on it there was no clear issue to fix. They did fix a few things that they were hoping would solve the problem but didn't want to charge me anything until they were certain it resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the service engine light came on again shortly after driving and I had to bring my car back for further work. We went with the Plan B which did end up costing me about $900 but it resolved the issue completely. What I appreciate so much is that they didn't just try and find the quick fix and charge me for this. They went through a process of elimination before asking me to spend money on new parts. I trust Sam and his workers 100%. They are honest, ethical and care about their customers. It is rare in this industry to find these days. I'm new to the west Seattle neighborhood and so happy I found these guys. If you are shopping reviews to get your car serviced or repaired, stop right now and call them. You will not be disappointed, I promise you! 10 Stars :)

Once again, I have to give praise to these guys at West Seattle Autoworks. I’ve been dealing with them for a few years now and they’re the best. I appreciate the way they make me feel special. I can come there with any little problem with my car and they’ll take care of me this last time I have my car done they really took care of me ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!!😆 they saved me over $300 on a repair so you know I’m happy with them always!! Like I tell my friends….” I gotta guy!!!” I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat 💓!
