I brought my 2005 Saturn Vue in for it was burning lots of oil. No new engines were available so I chose to install a used engine. First one showed up worn out and no better than the one in my car. Second used engine was also a dud. The shop and I agreed that if one is going to spend thousands of dollars for an engine it should be rebuilt. After several months the engine was finallly rebuilt and is now running like brand new. I had a ton of money invested in this vehicle so when the engine went south I wanted to rebuild it and then drive the wheels off of it. Thanks to Sam, Alex and all the others who work at West Seattle Autoworks. They should be commended on the job that they did. It was not an easy task but they did it professionally and with the best possible customer service available. Trust your car with this shop, they will do their best to get you back on the road.

Friendly, honest folks who consistently do quality work. Great communication. Reasonable costs. WSAW has been servicing our vehicles 6-7 years. They stand behind their work. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate their trustworthyness! A tech at Grease Monkey said my brakes were "very thin" and offered to replace them for $1,200. After declining that offer, a brake inspection at WS Autoworks showed the brakes have plenty of life in them. Thanks to WS Autoworks I avoided a costly scam.
