The manager really went above and beyond for me, returning to the shop after business hours to process my payment and return my keys when I was delayed in getting to the shop to pick up my car. Sure appreciated the extra time and effort on my behalf after hours to avoid having to return the next day. Really did me a solid!

Sam was the best! I dropped in without an appointment to have new wiper blades installed. The didn't have them in stock, but they got them the same day and I was able to drop back in unscheduled and they had them installed in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service!

As usual, Chris, Sam and the crew take great care of me and my car. Great customer service, great talks with Chris and Sam, and my car was done exactly when they said it would be, knowing when I dropped it off, how much it would cost. Highly recommend!

West Seattle Autoworks is fantastic. I have been taking cars to them since I moved to West Seattle 10 years ago. Between my ex and I, we have taken compact cars, pickup trucks and a old muscle car. West Seattle Autoworks was great every single time. Their service is friendly, reasonably priced and quick. More than once my cars have presented them with some tricky problems. But West Seattle Autoworks always figures out a solution. I really appreciate that they explain the issues and answer my questions. I trust them. And that means a LOT these days. I would 100% recommend them (and have).

Needed my 2007 BMW diagnoised as it broke down near by and wouldn't start. Sam made space to handle my car when other mechanics said they could not fit in. Starter was identified as the issue and the repair was completed quickly.

As usual, competent friendly service at a reasonable price. For a 30K mile check-up, Larson Hyundai in Tacoma wanted to charge me over $600. The service at WSA was $150. I don't think I need to say anything more. WSA rocks!
