Absolutely the best service around. The folks here from the office staff to the technicians are friendly, helpful and absolutely the most honest people around. The car is always looked after with knowledgeable care and cleanliness. The work is always done with the customer in mind, When asked to diagnose a problem I was told what to expect cost wise and when to bring the car in. I had a very good first experience here. I dropped my VW Jetta off to have them replace a faulty power window switch. The team communicated very clearly with me via text through-out the day, including clear pricing and next steps. The repair was completed quickly by the next morning as they had to order a part. I will use West Seattle AutoWorks again and I recommend them to anyone looking to support a well-run small business.

Great communication. Honest. Quoted me for a valve cover replacement causing an oil leak - in the process, the tech cracked the valve cover itself. They had to go to an Audi dealer to get a replacement. This took a little time, but they did not charge me for the valve cover or the labor involved. Picked up the car, seemed there was no oil in it...they asked me to bring it in and they offered a no-charge oil change + overall inspection. A couple of hiccups along the way, but what's notable is that they handled everything like absolute professionals.
