Called to get my car serviced / inspected and was able to bring in, drop it off and West Seattle Autoworks was super communicative about the work throughout the day, findings and made it super easy. The car runs great now and they also noted work that they didn't do in-house and recommended a partnering shop that does what they don't do. Great and super helpful! The only negative is that they are a bit expensive, but it was a quality shop that came highly recommended and proved to meet and exceed those recommendations. Highly recommend - worth it!

Did great work - a bit pricey, but the work was super thorough, performed check engine light diagnosis, identified the issue, explained it thoroughly and performed all the repairs quickly and efficiently. Kept communication daily via text based on what was happening! Came highly recommended and I second that recommendation!
