I had a very good first experience here. I dropped my VW Jetta off to have them replace a faulty power window switch. The team communicated very clearly with me via text through-out the day, including clear pricing and next steps. The repair was completed quickly by the next morning as they had to order a part. I will use West Seattle AutoWorks again and I recommend them to anyone looking to support a well-run small business.

Great communication. Honest. Quoted me for a valve cover replacement causing an oil leak - in the process, the tech cracked the valve cover itself. They had to go to an Audi dealer to get a replacement. This took a little time, but they did not charge me for the valve cover or the labor involved. Picked up the car, seemed there was no oil in it...they asked me to bring it in and they offered a no-charge oil change + overall inspection. A couple of hiccups along the way, but what's notable is that they handled everything like absolute professionals.

West Seattle Autoworks is an honest, competent business that always seems to exceed expectation. How many times have you been impressed with the service of an auto mechanic and been surprised by the LOW cost of their final bill? Happens pretty regularly with these guys. I trust all my car repairs to WSA!

Second time, great service

This was my first visit to W Seattle Autoworks, and it was so easy and thorough. I needed a quick oil change and systems check and they were responsive, only did what was asked, and followed up with easy instructions on how to pay and get my keys after hours. I will not doubt be using them for all my future car needs.

Great service. I really liked all the text communication they sent - especially the reminder of my appointment as I had completely forgotten. They have a drop box so you can drop your keys and car off with no contact. Also for pick up they put your keys in a key box and then text you the box number and code so you can pick up your car after they close. All very convenient. I also got text updates as the work proceeded with cost estimates, recommendations, etc. I felt like I was involved in the work unlike other places where you drop it off and have no insight into anything they are doing. They also have a very detailed description of everything they did, results of inspections, parts used, etc. that they email to you which you can print out if you like. Seems like they have thought of everything. I highly recommend AutoWorks.
