Incredibly flexible and accommodating, I changed my appointment 3 times and they worked with my schedule. They made a recommendation based on a needed repair and gave me a loaner car so I could pick up my daughter! Fast, reasonably priced, and communicative!

I recently had a great experience with West Seattle Auto Works (WSAW). After taking my vehicle to a dealership mechanic, I was quoted an absurd price for a necessary repair. I decided to get a second opinion from WSAW to see if there might be a more affordable option for the repair. I made an appointment over the phone and they were quick to get my vehicle in for an inspection. When my vehicle was in the shop, I received excellent communication with the staff regarding what they found during the inspection, how much it would be should I decide to fix it, and when the vehicle would be all fixed up and ready for me to pick it up. Unlike my experience at the dealership, WSAW didn’t try to pressure me into a repair and they also quoted me on a very reasonable price. Ultimately, I decided to go through with the repairs and WSAW did a great job. My vehicle came back in great shape. I highly recommend West Seattle Auto Works!
