We started using the service of West Seattle Autoworks for our Ford Explorer when we moved here in 2018. The service was great. We tried a local Subaru dealer for our other vehicles but were not happy with the service so began using WSA last year and have been extremely pleased. Now during the Covid-19 they have set up an easy and safe process to get cars in and worked on. The staff are friendly and helpful. After your service they provide you with the information you need and they do not try to talk you into other services. They will honestly tell you if you can wait for a repair or if they recommend it sooner. We recently had a car looked over to make sure it was ok for a long trip and they checked it thoroughly and provided me with detailed information.
