It was very easy to schedule an appointment online. The estimate was reasonable and the service was friendly and fast. I've only been going to West Seattle Autoworks for a couple of years but I am happy with their work and plan on keeping them as my go-to auto service place.

Azia was super helpful, made me feel confident I knew what was wrong with my car, and what I could expect to spend, and even explained why I didn’t need the more expensive services that I’ve been told my high mileage car needed by other shops. We already loved West Seattle Autoworks for how awesome they were with my partner’s car, and now we won’t be going anywhere else for either vehicle.

As always, Chris, Sam and the crew were great to work with. Constant communication, work done in a timely manner, and always start with the least expensive/invasive fixes. So easy to work with!
