Chris and the good folks at WSA are competent and extremely fair. They didn't charge me the full amount on the diagnostic to determine what was wrong with my car because it took them less than the quoted time to identify the problem. They do not try to upsell or add unnecessary costs to the total. They were very accommodating to my schedule --I had meetings till late Friday, but they didn't charge me extra to leave the car there over the weekend even though they had finished the job by Friday afternoon. They have friendly front of shop staff who listened carefully to me to understand the vehicle's problem, they were very patient and clear in their explanations of everything throughout the process. Thank you Chris and Team! I can't recommend West Seattle Autoworks highly enough!!

Everything about my experience was wonderful! My car which had been flashing warning lights about needing service came back with fresh oil, no warning lights, and ready to go in good time, and at reasonable cost. Dea in the office was extremely pleasant, helpful, and accommodating both in scheduling my appointment, and in reducing my wait to a minimum. This is what service is supposed to look like! Highly recommended!
