I felt comfortable w/ the mechanics. I feel they gave me honest feedback and opinions. Weren't just trying to squeeze me for money. I have had bad experiences lately w/ several different shops. The team there did an accurate analysis of what was wrong with my 1987 Jeep Comanche pickup and an estimate. I was surprised when they called later that day and told me my truck was ready and the price was less than the estimate. Under-promise and over-deliver are key components to running a successful service business and West Seattle Autoworks nailed it!
